In the great cosmic comedy club that is life, April was a true stand-up act - always loving, delivering punchlines with kindness and thoughtfulness. She filled rooms with laughter just as effortlessly as she filled hearts. Her love for her daughter was the headliner of her performance. And although we were mere supporting acts in each other's lives, her memory deserves a standing ovation.
